• spar-locale: Provider: SPAR (first party). Category: Functional. Purpose: storing your language preference (Turkish/English). Duration: 365 days. This cookie is set only when you explicitly choose a language.
• spar-consent: Provider: SPAR (first party). Category: Strictly necessary. Purpose: storing your cookie choice (consent granted/denied for analytics) and hiding the cookie banner once you have made a choice. Duration: 180 days.
• __pa_at, __pa_rt, __pa_org_id, __pa_state, __pa_return_to_path, refresh_token (PropelAuth session cookies): Provider: SPAR (first party; the __pa_-prefixed cookies are set on our domain through the /api/auth endpoints, technology provider PropelAuth, Inc., USA; the refresh_token cookie is set by PropelAuth on the authentication subdomain). Category: Strictly necessary. Purpose: authentication and session management for portal users: __pa_at holds the access token, __pa_rt and refresh_token renew the session, __pa_org_id records the active organization, and __pa_state and __pa_return_to_path carry the login handshake and post-login redirect. Duration: for the session, with refresh; __pa_state and __pa_return_to_path are transient and cleared once sign-in completes. These cookies are set only when you sign in to the portal. Analytics Cookies (Subject to Consent)

The analytics cookies and technologies below run only if you give explicit consent for the Analytics category through the cookie banner. If you do not consent, or you choose "Reject", no analytics data is collected and these cookies are not set.

• ph_* (for example ph_<project>_posthog): Provider: PostHog, Inc. (USA). Category: Analytics. Purpose: collecting anonymous/pseudonymous usage events and session information for measuring Platform usage, product analytics, and error monitoring. Managing Your Consent

On your first visit a cookie banner is shown, letting you manage consent for analytics cookies with "Accept" or "Reject". No analytics cookie or tracking technology runs until you make a choice. To change your choice, delete the spar-consent cookie through your browser settings; the banner will be shown again.

Cookies We Do Not Use

The Platform does not use marketing cookies, advertising or retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking technology other than those listed above.

Future Changes

If any marketing cookie or new tracking technology is ever added, this policy will be updated in advance, and no cookie in such a category will be set without your explicit consent for that category.

Managing Cookies

You can view, delete, or block cookies through your browser settings. If the PropelAuth session cookies (__pa_at, __pa_rt) are blocked, you will not be able to sign in to the portal; if the spar-locale cookie is deleted, your language preference will not be remembered and the language will be determined by your browser settings; if the spar-consent cookie is deleted, the cookie banner will be shown again.
